Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Our goal with acquiring KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our user base was to get everyone up to a similar baseline across the board. We felt we had areas of the company that were more susceptible to phishing attempts than others, and the security training and testing was how we would find out who.
  • Fairly priced in comparison to sending users to training
  • Nice smooth interface on the web
  • Couldn't be much easier to follow the materials
  • Increase testing types and variety
  • Include incentive manager for customer business needs
  • More seamless interaction with support (ie., chat)
  • We hear of users saving time with the auto submit Outlook plugin.
  • Tech staff are saving time not having to respond to email questions as much.
  • Keeping everyone mindful of their email inbox
There were just a few issues during the initial setup but they were due to miscommunication between our vendor and us. After we got it all sorted out, support was a pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond, and getting a support request in is fairly easy.

What's the old adage about keeping someone on their toes? Well KnowBe4 training does just so. Keeping users on their toes and cognizant of emerging threats in the cybersecurity world by constantly adding new content and differing types of content. That's what keeps a student always learning and ready for more.
It's a simple setup, and there is very little that needs to be done on the portal. Occasionally, a user will get locked out of their account and need help getting a password reset but that's going to exist in any product. Once users are actually in their accounts, you can sit back and relax.
I like to be able to delve into a pool of data and extract useful information without too much trouble. The metrics and reports in KnowBe4 do just that by getting all your user and vulnerability information in one easy to use section. You can get high-end overviews or low-level data with just a little poking around the interface.
If you are interested in getting your user base up on their cybersecurity knowledge, and you want it to be as frictionless as possible, then KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the one for you. Users are able to train and test right from their desks, in fairly quick sessions but with just enough info to get them prepared, which is beyond useful. We'd recommend it every time.
