Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 for IT security training specifically for detecting, alerting and TESTING our users to be security conscious.
  • Phishing testing.
  • Phishing reporting.
  • IT security training.
  • BAD URL detection.
  • Security awareness.
  • Allow more 'safe' URLS in the second chance tool - 100 is great but we could use a little more.
  • No real phishing failures since we used and trained our users to be wary!
  • Avoidance of infections is PRICELESS!
Very responsive, fast, professional and knowledgeable about their products.
A refreshing change compared to other vendors.
But little help is needed since the application usage documentation, videos and training is thorough but complete.
The interface is logical and makes sense, so most of the time documentation or advance training is not even required - THIS IS PRICELESS!
