Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

As a program manager I overview what we demo and use as a company for our users. We have begun using KnowBe4 across every division and now as a whole all use it. It's being used to get our users ready for cyber security issues that come up all the time. We want our users to be ready.

Pros

  • Super up-to-date info.
  • Fast website and easy to use.
  • No updates needed locally, all cloud based.

Cons

  • Onboarding issues during setup for some employees.
  • Some problems with support.
  • Could be smoother on mobile devices.
  • Presumably money saved not paying hackers for unencrypting our files.
  • IT team has saved time and efforts having to spend time investigating emails for users.
  • Less investment in the after user security features.
Support has been great, quick responding and easy to work with. We have not have a ton of interaction beyond a few issues during setup, but they always helped us out to get us going in a fast manner. Hopefully the extent of needing support will be minimal in the future as this is a cloud product that we don't have to maintain.

The site is quick to load and fast on most users desktops. Very little waiting on getting videos to load. Sometimes the mobile users will complain as the site does not seem to be well formatted for some smaller devices screens but on most tablets and desktops we have not had this issue.
An overall sense of security and putting us at ease that our users are knowledgeable about phishing and other types of computer security issues. Also feel that KnowBe4 is always up on the latest trends so that our users can be prepared for mass phishing about a current national topic that people may fall for.
The answer to this is DEFINITELY. There's no hesitation in my mind to tell everyone how good this product is. They make it easy for everyone to get on, get trained, and pass tests. The phishing campaigns are well made, and are still challenging to users without being frustrating to them.
