We redeveloped our entire security awareness program around KnowBe4. They have the best platform for both performing phishing simulations on your own users and an amazing library of training videos, games and material.
It is very easy to build a campaign to test your users and you have all the options you would want for what they see and what happens to users that click a link in a phishing simulation. The available library of training material covers all the relevant needs of our business and keeps users entertained. We utilize both short, bite size trainings and the longer format in depth training.
I've tried other platforms and KnowBe4 is clearly the leader.
