Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it mainly for phishing test as well as new user security training. We also use the PAB alert button within our organization to help report spam or suspicious emails.

- I honestly can't think of any at this moment. The platform seems very well developed and the support is always amazing!

Fresh content keeps the users informed and on their toes when it come to the ever changing enjoinment that is technology. It also keeps them aware of possible scams and what to watch for to prevent their safety on and off the network.
User management is handled by syncing with our Active Directory server.
The SAPA is a great metric that we monitor as well as the organization's risk score. We try to keep that as low as we can. Over the past few years it has definitely been getting lower and lower as our users become more aware of how to identify spam.
