Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is being used across the whole organization. It solves awareness training and also helps us inoculate our users from phishing emails. We phish our users every 2 weeks. There's quite a lot of email templates to choose from. Also training modules are of very high quality.
  • Covers a lot of security topics.
  • Provides real life examples of hacks that are happening.
  • Provides ways to help identify red flags for phishing.
  • For some reason, some phishing email simulations are not coming through; it's being caught by email filters.
  • Would like to see more fresh phishing email based on real-life phishing emails to use.
  • Perhaps combine the features for PhishER with KnowBe4 core product.
  • The fact that we have minimized instances of employees falling for phishing email has made it worthwhile investment.
  • There's no other tool out there that comes close to what KnowBe4 provides to me as a consumer.
  • The training material and all the other resources are very valuable to use to train my employees.
The email templates offered by these other competitors are not as many and not of the high quality that KnowBe4 has. Additionally KnowBe4 allows for customizing the templates to meet our needs better. KnowBe4 is way ahead of the game in this space. Also the number of training module and material and languages available is a stand out.
This allows me to keep our content fresh and varied which keeps my users engaged in terms of reading and sharing with them on various information security topics. I'm able to print posters to post around the office and restrooms. I'm able to refer them for further more complete guidance when I send out an email that introduces a security topic.
We use another Learning Mgmt System for training called Totara. Thus we manage our users within that platform. Since all of our corporate training resides there, that's what we've been doing. If I could choose, I would do it in KnowBe4's platform since it will allow me to enable other features and better train my users.
I like seeing how we are doing percentage wise per each of my campaigns. It would be helpful to pick and choose which campaigns factor into the metrics that I report to the Information Security Management Team on a quarterly basis. We also break it down based on organization so the business leaders can see how their group is doing.
It is suited for the general population of our employees and covers a wide range of topics. I also leverage the monthly newsletter as an information security advisory for my employees to stay current on cybersecurity topics. It would be good to see more content that are aimed at high risk groups though to give them more training and phishing examples that are targeting them.
