It accurately tests the users' ability to be observant when dealing with phishing. The phishing tests are not repetitive and truly test the user's ability to identify a phishing email.

KnowBe4 User Management

User management is directly tied to AD and requires no immediate interaction within KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 Reporting

Due to the need for government-required training, being able to get metrics for that specific training campaign is quick and gives an accurate identification of the delinquent users.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has helped to achieve the required government training. The dashboard is very helpful to nail down delinquent users and get them connected to the training. KnowBe4's connection to AD is also very effective at identifying only active users and not reporting on those that are disabled.
