Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is currently being used by the whole organization. We had been doing training manually so we have started using KnowBe4 for the training program, including the regular phishing exercises and interactive and fun training. Our classroom setup training was not being effective since we have staff members of over 600 users and only a few IT resources, so we would only be able to do 3 training sessions for all users per year that was classroom-based and other sessions performed through infographics, Online Quizzes, and the likes, so we are seeing a lot of improvement and it's only been around 4/5 months.
- Phishing emails are quite good and realistic.
- Plentiful content that's diverse and relevant.
- I loved the idea for the solution to recommend a training plan for you.
- Also loved functionality like Proficiency Assessments which then recommends training to meet specific needs.
- More granular reporting.
- Has increased calls we are getting in the helpdesk of suspicious emails.
- Overall awareness of security has greatly improved in the entire organization, people are now talking about security issues even on their personal affairs.
- Our Phish-prone ratings are decreasing by the day due to our frequent phishing drills.
Unfortunately, I did not have time to explore the other solutions, I saw a couple of demos and met KnowBe4 and I was sold on the product particularly because it addressed some gaps we had identified.

The training content has been key in our environment to the effect that some of the content is the basis of some discussions over coffee around the office, particularly content the users relate to. We as Security have had people who have asked us to publish the rest of a certain series that we had published as most people enjoy watching and are so hooked they don't even recognize until the end that some of the series are educational.
We sync user management with our Azure AD, we have not had problems. When we have new joiners, they automatically get our new joiners' training and assessment.
We have just started using the solution so most of the reports have not yet populated with valuable data as they are showing data from just one or 2 exercises, but we are interested in checking how each individual user are performing, how the departments within the organization are performing against each other for some friendly competition, and which topics/areas in interest should we focus on a lot more.
