Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
This training is used across our agency. All staff members are expected to complete the security awareness training annually. Our agency uses this to increase awareness of cyber security for all staff members.
- Explains the different ways phishing can occur.
- Follows up with what was taught in the training by sending fake phishing emails throughout the year to 'test' staff.
- The reporting functionality leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to run a report showing all of the people who have attended/completed training when the same training is in multiple campaigns.
- The security training available is great, however, the functionality of this program as an overall online learning portal does not work well for our agency. We need something that easily allows us to upload our own training and make changes as necessary without starting from scratch or losing data.
- Navigation within the application can be difficult at times.
- Employees have become more aware of phishing type emails.
- Employees seem to have a better understanding of how to protect themselves, the agency, and our patients in regard to cyber security.

Having fresh content allows for staff to be more invested in the training, as opposed to listening to the same thing year after year. New information can be shared with staff and they are more likely to retain this information if it is presented in a different way each time.
Our partnered IT company assists with adding additional users and removing users upon their termination of employment. Separate Training institute staff ensure the appropriate campaigns are created and assigned to the right employees.
Training completion, across all training campaigns. Often times different campaigns are set up with some of the same training materials. It would be helpful if there was a report that could tell me ALL of the staff who have completed training, regardless of the campaign they are assigned to.
