Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use the phishing campaigns, the videos, quiz, and campaigns. It is used across the whole company and addresses the issue of having everyone understand cyber and actions that are unsafe.

Pros

  • Videos.
  • Phishing campaigns landing page, explaining what the user did wrong.
  • Quiz.

Cons

  • The login and integration with Active Directory.
  • People are getting more conscious while receiving emails and are now referring to IT or clicking on the button in Outlook.
  • We have reduced the number of people clicking on fishy emails.
The admin of KnowBe4 is easier than the one from Mimecast.
