Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 is used across the organization to conduct phishing tests and provide security training and policy management for the IT security functions.
- The support from our account manager - Jamie is exemplary, nothing is too much bother and his patience in showing us how to get the best from the platform is very welcome.
- The number of phishing templates is huge and is always being added to and kept up to date with the latest attacks.
- The flexibility of the system when setting up training and policy schedules is great and being able to schedule reminders for users and managers has increased our training uptake.
- I feel that my feedback about the user portal was taken on board and changes were made that made the user dashboard and training pages a lot easier to use and read.
- I would like to see more content for the UK audience. A lot of the training modules are US-centric and the training styles or references are not always engaging with the users.
- Some level of customization with the training modules would be useful, especially when your corporate policy differs such as password guidance. Also, alignment with the NCSC best practices would be good to support messages to users.
- Through phishing tests and weekly awareness, we have managed to reduce the number of clicks by over 80%.
- We have increased awareness of scams and have helped staff in their personal lives to identify scams and share the information with the family.
- We have replaced another policy management solution with KnowBe4 and used the automated tools to manage our new starter training package.

The wide variety of content ensures there is always a module that will fit your need. The downside is that you will also need to spend a long time making sure you get the right selection of modules.
Most of the user management is automated using the AD sync tool and then set up groups within the application. When a new user is onboarded and completed the training they are then moved into the main user groups for the regular testing schedules. Leavers are also managed with the AD sync tool.
Our phish-prone percentage from each of the quarterly tests is our main metric to gauge our well the awareness program is performing. We also track the training rates and the number of reports of suspected phishing emails.
