Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using the full capacity of KnowBe4, from security awareness and training to phishing and USB keys. There is not one month we do not assess and use a feature from this solution.
Pros
- Phishing.
- Training modules.
- USB key.
Cons
- Report about the users with their information on the web. The Excel file is not easy to handle.
- Understand where our branches have weaknesses in terms of security.
- Adapt the training to various people/services/branches.
- Everyone is trying to have a good score and so the awareness is working!

It helped us to propose various styles because sometimes the cultures are not the same and they feel the message a different way.
I am not sure to understand the question but we just use SAML with our Azure AD. Nothing special here, it is quite easy.
Number of trained persons, number of trapped persons, risk score, number of persons with their ID/PWD on the dark web, number of trapped persons that followed the training.
