Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We've been using Knowbe4.com training and phish testing for about 4 years now, and the two primary service reps assigned to my account have been excellent. They are proactive with their account handling and help guide us through using the platform and keeping our processes up to date. The ability to effortlessly run security awareness campaigns with current, up-to-date content is very valuable to us, and to our security footprint in general. We've seen a significant drop-off in account compromises since we've implemented the product.
  • Phish Testing.
  • Security Awareness Campaigns.
  • Security Awareness Training.
  • Customer Service.
  • Decrease in account compromises.
  • Ability to improve security awareness with minimal internal resources.
We've reviewed a domestic product created by an offshoot of our national domain registry body (CIRA) - the product was OK, but was still in its infancy - there were a lot of parallels to KnowBe4, but I found myself noticing things that KnowBe4 had what the other product was missing.

Yes

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?

We make the training available, and the platform urges people who fail phishing tests to complete training, but we don't have a policy or standard in place for mandatory security training for staff. I do see people complete the training from time to time via the console, but until we have the executive backing to make it mandatory all we can do is promote it.
There's a sync tool called ADIsync that we use to do nightly user syncs to KnowBe4, aside from that we use ADFS to facilitate user logins to their platform. It's really very straightforward to set up and configure.
Individual security risk assessment helps us target users to do additional training.
Knowbe4 is suitable for any institution that doesn't have the resources to manage and maintain a phishing testing and security awareness/training process or program.

There isn't an institution that couldn't benefit from improved user security performance.
