We needed a company that was able to offer a multi-language platform. In our company, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is used in order to help our users detect phishing emails and train them in IT security in general. It was really useful for increasing the security in our global company.

We are pushing one mandatory training each month, so we are able to offer our users new content every time.
LDAP synchronization, then groups are created and populated by region. Smart groups are also used and are automatically populated by users who didn't meet the security requirements (click more than once on a fake email, didn't follow the training), so we can reach them out and offer them more training.
Users that clicked on fake emails, the ones that didn't follow the training.
