Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 in many ways. A few of my Favorites are listed below: Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training (Been a fan of Kevin since his days as a Hacktivist) Phishing Email Campaigns "The Inside Man" video training series These tools have definitely enhanced our security posture and allowed our users to become a Human Firewall. KnowBe4 delivers content that even non-technical users can understand.
  • Makes Security topics easy to understand for non-technical users
  • Keeps subject matter engaging
  • Empowers business users to help protect the company
  • Email frequency can be a little much at times
  • Content could be developed a little quicker for emerging exploits (ie. Zero Days)
  • Our click rate for phishing emails has dropped significantly.
We haven't had many issues, but any time we did, support was quick and courteous.

The training is user friendly and avoids being too technical for our non IT users
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has allowed our end-users to be part of our Corporate Security roadmap. By providing them with user-friendly content, they are better able to understand why Security is so important. Technical content has been helpful for our Information Technology associates who understand the need for certain Security aspects, but don't necessarily know how to "Dumb" it down.
