It is used in new hire training, role-based training, and quarterly info security splashes.

  • Supports micro-learning
  • Working within other LMS products
  • Slow support response (4 months) to getting the first course to work in our LMS
  • It helped us launch our Keeping Information Safe initiative
  • It made people really think and use the Phish Alert button
  • More associates are asking me if an eMail came from us or not
We need to have your support team touch each course before we can use it in our learning center. We do not have these types of issues with other 3rd party courseware.
