Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 across our Cyber Security training program. Security is a very challenging area that is in constant flux. KnowBe4 allows us to supplement our existing training with the latest in Security training. It seems like Security is changing daily and we need a reliable source to keep up with these changes.
  • Phish Flip feature.
  • Ransom Ware with Kevin Mitnick and the strategies cybercriminals are using.
  • Automated Security Awareness Program.
  • Perhaps some sessions on Threat hunting.
  • Sessions on cloud attacks eg s3 buckets.
  • In this case none instead there is a return in assisting us to add depth and currency to our existing Cyber Security Training.
Know Be4 are very responsive to queries and will respond quickly to these

From the site you can see there is a plethora of different content. KnowBe4 also presents its training in different formats such as "1000+ interactive modules, videos, games, posters and newsletters."
For a company setting out to create a training program for employees, the Automated Security Awareness Program would be a great place to start. From its sales pitch "ASAP will show you the steps needed to create a fully mature training program in just a few minutes". Security awareness is even more important now with rise of ransomware attacks.

Evaluating KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and Competitors

I think the training is very good and I selected it because of Kevin Mitnick's involvement. Combined with the fact that there are numerous publicly available YouTubes showing various Cyber Security incidents dissected and discussed by Kevin.
