Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We have been using KnowBe4 for years, back in July we added the AI feature on our phishing campaigns. This has made our phishing campaigns much tougher that increased our failure rate to over 26%. That was short lives within 2 months of being turned on our failure rate has once again dropped to under 5%, as well as, our reported phishing has also risen. This is true because of the training we are providing to our employees from Knowbe4.

Pros

  • Wide range of training videos
  • With the start of the AI in the phishing campaigns
  • The way you can select the topics you would like your employees to get
  • The daily update stating the state of phishing

Cons

  • Separate the optional training in admin portal
  • Smart groups should have and and/or selection
  • I think the older training from years past should be archived
  • The ROI is not measurable, I feel we are much more prepared
  • There is such a large catalog of training for the price
  • The support is 2nd to None!! They are on top of every question or issue we have ever had
I think the support at KnowBe4 is second to none. We have a monthly meeting planned to go over new items, new training, and what is upcoming and if we have any requests we get an update at that time. In between that time if needed I get a response back within minutes, so I have had a great experience.

The admin portal is very easy to understand, even the creation of smart groups has an easy logic to understand. We can create a dashboard for managers to monitor their own employees as well, this has created very competitive teams.
KnowBe4 seems to be ahead of the curve, it seems that they continually change their phishing emails you can choose the most relevant this is great they are using the same techniques as a hacker would. And a big plus in the AI which sends people more directed emails to assist in the testing.
