Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is being used to help educate users on how to spot when something is not right with an email. To also help the understand that you should not just click a link, and to think through the process of is this email from a legitimate source. And that when in doubt to ask first, before they click it.

Pros

  • Very good at helping you get started in the process.
  • Willing to spend the time with you to make the biggest impact you can.
  • Provide lessons for users that need further training.

Cons

  • Honestly can't think of one.
  • One hack can cause weeks of down time. Preventing that click that allowed the hack can save weeks of down time.
I have yet to use a product that performs like KnowBe4

KnowB4 provides the tools to help train your coworkers, but it will only work if you have the support and understanding of your companies leadership. I find that even if you do not have 100% buy-in from your administration, most people are glad to see that you are watching out for them. As this training not only helps them at work but also in their daily life.

Evaluating KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and Competitors

  • Product Usability
The User domain is your largest area of attack in any phishing scheme. KnowBe4 helps to educate and keep users on their toes when they go through their email. While there is still no silver bullet that will close all vectors of attack, KnowBe4 can train the user to exercise caution when going through their emails. Hopefully this helps them to think before they respond,
Don't think I would change the review and selection process at all. Short of having someone by every user slapping there wrist every time they go to open an attachment or link without thinking, this is the best I have seen.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

They are beyond helpful for answering questions, they will also bug you (in a good way) to make sure you are using the product to the fullest.
