Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We meet PCI security training requirements by doing general security training for all users. Folks involved with Credit Card handling take additional credit card security related courses. We also use the training/tracking modules to record regular policy reviews as needed. And we use Phishing testing for all users as well, and subsequent refresher training when needed.
  • Constantly refreshing content
  • Very good tools for auditing
  • Excellent in person support
  • Some vertical topics aren't refreshed as often as they could be.
  • Ee've had KnowBe4 support to accomplish some things. once started, they are relatively simple - but the ramp up can be steep in places.
  • Phishing failure rate is relatively low
  • Security awareness seems improved
  • We acquired additional phishing tools that conflicted with broader global plans and may not renew those
We have regular calls with support staff. They answer basic questions and provide a good amount of interactive live training.

There are a broad set of offerings. We need a tight subset, and for what we need, they are excellent.
In our environment, there are a number of other training topics offered that we don't currently choose to use. They've well met our focus on PCI related training.
