Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We mainly use the Training module to train users on Security Awareness, Phishing in particular.

Pros

  • Library content is ever-expanding
  • Really drives home the training in a fun and engaging manner. Our employees enjoy the process, even being phished.
  • There is training to fit all needs, levels of experience, industries, etc.

Cons

  • Haven't used the service in a while, until recently, so I'm not sure of what may be different.
  • When users realized they were being phished, awareness skyrocketed and employees became much more careful when evaluating email messages. Our phish percentage dropped from an initial 26% to a current 10.3%.
You are assigned someone at KnowBe4 to be your internal contact. They are very friendly and ready to help; getting users into the system, setting up campaigns, interpreting reports, follow-up for any needs. Very efficient and helpful, especially to a newcomer. KnowBe4 makes it easy to come into the program knowing very little, then get up to speed.

KnowBe4 is relatively easy to manage and use. It looks a little overwhelming at first because they have so much to offer, but it takes a short time to become familiar with the basics. After that, the learning curve is not difficult at all.
I used KnowBe4 at my last position and convinced my current employers that we need our employees to have this knowledge. Employees don't mind the training, with much-expressing enjoyment at the variety. Something to appeal to everyone, which makes it much more palatable for 'required' training.
