KnowBe4 has been a great educational tool for our users to learn why they shouldn't click on links and to think before clicking.

  • Monitors users and if they need more education.
  • The phishing tests are great!

It definitely has made our users more aware of situations they should assess. They are no longer complacent.
Our IT maintains users and monitors users for follow up.
Users that click on the phishing e-mails.
We have had users report e-mails as phishing without the need to. This is great as you would rather be overly cautious then not cautious. Users are second guessing and questioning before routinely opening e-mail attachments or links.
