Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 for phishing simulation training to train our users on how to spot phishing emails and be more conscious on what they click on. We also use phish ER for reporting phishing emails and the training element to train our users on cyber security whether that be in there professional life on in there personal life.
Pros
- Great phishing campaigns and content
- Targeted phishing and training campaigns
- Good content for training which includes videos and games
Cons
- Training results for the users could be improved upon and they regularly ask for what they failed on which we don't have visibility on
- Phish ER admin console could be more user friendly
- Employees are reporting more phishing emails than ever before
- Employees now think before clicking on an email
- General cyber awareness has increased massively
Main reason was for the phishing simulation content, not all users get the same content, the content goes out at different times on different days and the targeted phishing element. The training content is also great and very intuitive with videos / games and you can create targeted training campaigns for the users that fail the previous campaign.

Yes
Did KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?
Yes
Its had a big impact as it keeps the users engaged and not bored of the same type of content over and over again. Different content means we can send different content out to users who need it based on previous results and not send the same content to everyone.
We have installed the ADI sync tool which sync's from our active directory and adds and removes users based on a security group. The users are all setup to use single sign on.
The most important metric is who has completed the training, who hasn't started it yet, how many days they have left to complete it and the individual training results along with the overall organisation training results with the areas that they scored high in and the weak areas. The other element is who opened the phishing email, who clicked on it, who opened the qr code and who completed the form.
