Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We're using the training across the entire organization. We are a rapidly growing company with workers that don't use their computers everyday, so they're not that computer savvy. We require this training so that hopefully they will be more mindful when they log into their computers for work.
- We're able to use the platform for multiple business cases and scenarios. The training department used it for required trainings, security team used it for additional compliance trainings and security training, and end users were able to report suspicious emails easily through the platform.
- Easy to setup, you don't need much training to understand how to use the tool. You don't need to hire a dedicated person to keep the platform up and running.
- We reduced the failure percentage from over 20% to below 15% in a short amount of time. We're continuing to see improvements with each campaign.
KnowBe4 is easy to integrate with AD and Outlook so onboarding and off boarding users is easy.
The reporting, training, and templates are varied and easily changed to tailor to our business.
PhishMe is strictly a security training and reporting tool, while KnowBe4 includes other items that are helpful to any business, large or small.
