We use Knowbe4 training for constant security training to our end users. New policies and procedures and changes internally. We also use Phishing test campaigns to allow our end users to know what to look for when they are uncertain about a specific email.

Knowbe4 is a leader in security awareness training. A feature that sets them apart is the ability to pull in users as they are created using on prem AD. There are also ways to add those users to groups that are created in Knowbe4.

Awareness goes up across the company and there are very few clicks on phishing emails.
User management is handled through our on prem AD. When new users are added, Knowbe4 pulls them in. Those new users automatically get added to the training currently taking place.
Metrics include 100% participation within our trainings.
