Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 to run security awareness trainings for our employees. We take the content from KnowBe4 to run phishing campaigns and also put up awareness posters within the organization. We also use the PHISHer feature of KnowBe4 which is practically the best so far I have used. It integrates well with the outlook email system of the organization.

Pros

  • Great product to identify Phishing threats and remediate
  • Training content is always up to date and user relevant
  • User engaging videos are very helpful as employees can enjoy and learn at the same time

Cons

  • It is not easy to create customized dashboards and some help can be created around the same.
  • Integration with GRC platforms should be considered as we have been using GRC tool and manually uploading data from Knowbe4
  • Simple and easy to use UI to create multiple phishing campaigns
  • KnowBe4 helps us meet compliance requirement of providing user specific trainings
  • We are able to meet customer specific demands to run phishing campaigns

As security team we do not have to worry about creating up to date content for the employees anymore. KnowBe4 does it for us. We are able to focus more on delivery methods. Also, KnowBe4 has user engaging content and there have been scenarios where employees have reached out to us to give them more of the similar content.
Managing users within KnowBe4 is easy. We have integrated KnowBe4 with our Identity governance platform and it automatically adds the users to KnowBe4 and give them default access which is what we have configured here at this organization. Customized roles for admins is also great to use within KnowBe4. Activation and De-Activation is very smooth

Well Suited - User relevant and updated security awareness training content has been a real time saver for our team. We focus on other activities to improve the security awareness and not the worry about the content.

Less Appropriate - Reporting dashboards and reporting frequency for leadership teams can be improved as today we have to manually create reports for the leadership teams
