Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 SAT to train our users on current threats in the IT landscape and best practices. Our primary concern as a business is Ransomware through email, and we push related training to users which meets our cyber insurance compliance requirements. We also utilize a number of other training offerings for best practices, e.g., Password management.
- Easy to onboard users and create training campaigns.
- Good reporting.
- Good content.
- A lot of the good video content is only available in Platinum edition.
- Too early to say as phishing tests not yet implemented.
- Met compliance requirements for Cyber Insurance.

There is automation available using SAML but be aware that these may incur additional costs for your single-sign-on solution to work correctly. We manage user management manually by importing new employees manually using CSV import and deleting leavers on a scheduled basis.
Training status reports We will definitely make use of PhishTest reports when we implement early 2023.
