Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training on a regular cadence to provide both training and phishing simulation emails to demonstrate to our userbase the tactics being used by today's criminals. Specifically recommend their "Inside Man" video series which has garnered positive responses from our users

Pros

  • Regular updates to the training library
  • Technical support is always quick when needed
  • Documentation on the API is very good
  • Documentation on main product is excellent

Cons

  • Don't like the fact that a lot of videos are now restricted to us behind the "compliance" tier - even though we had purchased the 'Diamond' tier
  • Would be great to be able to create quizzes for training modules
  • Would be great to be able to edit some of the videos - not all of the content fits in with our philosophy
  • Allows us to demonstrate to auditors (ISO27001) that staff receive regular training
  • Allows us to demonstrate the dangers of not inspecting emails to staff

Useful in addition to in-person onboarding for new employees to introduce them to the security culture of the organisation. Also useful to demonstrate compliance with policy (i.e. using reports to prove that all staff have been trained)
