Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We've been using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for a while. In 2019 I redesigned the program, adding training more often and using the additional tools available, such as Second Chance. The challenge was how to get people engaged with additional training and one big benefit was the Inside Man. This video training is fun, users liked it and always asking for more.
- Content, high diversity of content available
- Phishing Campaigns. Easy way to create it, and a low effort to manage.
- Second Chance: It will force people to think twice before clicking on a URL
- PasswordIQ: Simple way to manage and identify weaknesses in the passwords
- Integration with Proofpoint: Phishing Alert button doesn't work with Proofpoint Antispam
- Training: Apply auto training based on user score
- Badges: Knowbe4 developed the badges but it was never updated. Use Apple activities as an example. Challenges....
- User Details is a tab for each user. The easiest way for each use track the performance
- Users are aware of URLs and attachments
We tried Proofpoint because of a huge benefit in how to integrate the awareness training with antispam, in another hand, the content of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is much better, mainly for Diamond agreement. This Diamond level provided us with training with better content which helped us to get better participation.

The tools is friendly and easy to manage, and there are a bunch of options to make is less complex to manage. Which is a huge benefit.
