KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is relied upon as the foundation for all staff cybersecurity awareness training. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training training is used for all staff onboarding. All employees are repeatedly phished during each year to keep their skills sharp. If any staff make a mistake, they are provided with instant feedback, in the moment, providing reinforcement training with the exact email that caused them to click.
- Comprehensive training modules provide exposure to the most current risks
- Immediate feedback training when users make mistakes during phishing campaigns
- Abbreviate and summarized training modules for efficient staff training reinforcement
- Semi-annual customer success manager check-ins are an important touch to help ensure organizations are getting the most value out of their platform
- Reporting metrics can be difficult to read if an organization does not use, or is not able to implement, all of the features of the product suite. Mostly specifically when looking at comparison risk to other like organizations.
- We have realized the importance of real-world samples to ensure staff are presented with the most realistic practice templates
- When negative feedback arises from staff, organizational leaders no longer push back on IT because they understand the importance and have seen the value in the practice templates themselves

I believe this is one of the most important features. In our vertical, and I presume most others, the bad guys are constantly adjusting their tactics. Having fresh content that is not only relevant, but realistic, provides precisely the practice that our staff must have in order to be successful in our overall cybersecurity posture.
Users are synced with Active Directory so that we can take advantage of OU structures and group management for more precise user controls. SSO is integrated with Google Workspace.
Phishing overviews and campaign reports are used most frequently. Individual user reports are used infrequently to correct training participation or to view sample emails alongside individual successes and failures.
