Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

I have taken this training in my organization to make sure we are on top of our game when it comes to cyber security, I share my findings with the department, team, and organizations, one business problem this has solved is we discovered a new type of phishing scam based on the training we got.

Pros

  • Make users aware of new types of phishing scam.
  • Is up to date on cyber security.
  • Communications of findings well.

Cons

  • Provide more documentation.
  • Hold more seminars.
  • Talk more about zero day attacks.
  • Discovered a new type of phishing scam warning people that they've come into contact with a friend/colleague/family member who has been infected with the coronavirus.
  • Helped us be proactive with cyber security.
  • Increased our knowledge.
We use FortiGate and I found that the training KnowBe4 Security provided helped us utilize this tool even more.
