Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We have monthly phishing testing to all employees with 3 levels of training for failures. For this last month, we are running at ~2% phish-prone, compared to 5.4% for healthcare in general. The main business problem is click-throughs on any type of email and KnowBe4 has done a very thorough job of training our people to STOP! LOOK! THINK! We constantly reiterate how important it is to be aware of any and all emails.
- The different types of emails that are sent as tests keep everyone on their toes
- The training modules are excellent
- Customer service has always been excellent answering questions thoroughly and quickly.
- The main issue I have is you cannot change the training modules on campaigns without creating new campaigns. I like the campaigns we have but would like to swap the training modules to keep everything fresh.
- To create campaigns, there is no step by step process to complete them. You have to go through different sections of the software to get everything set. And some of the processes don't make a lot of sense to me in the ways they are done.
- When first implemented, the error rate was almost 10% and now it hovers around 2%. It's hard to give a specific ROI but we know it has most likely been well worth the cost, especially in the light of the current state of malware/ransomware.
