KnowBe4 Cybersecurity training modules & Phishing simulations are selected and scheduled throughout the year in our company. The training provides knowledge that end-users may not have realized or known, as well as awareness for how malicious actors may attempt to gain access. Phishing simulations help gauge user awareness and provide teachable moments, allowing additional training through automated group settings. Our company also utilizes the Culture Survey and Cybersecurity Assessment to gain perspective for areas of improvement, and to select targeted training throughout the year. Both the survey and assessment provide detailed insight for organizing training that benefits the end-users -and ultimately the company.

- The smart group feature has provided us insight to users who continually fail phishing simulations and allows automatic training assignment. This has greatly reduced our technician's time spent inside the service, allowing them to focus on more important projects.
- After switching to KnowBe4, for Cybersecurity training, our business has seen an increase of more than 20% participation in training.
- I can't say enough about the Cybersecurity Assessment feature, which informs us of end-user weaknesses and strengths. Knowing where the company is strong and weak allows us to adjust training and system configurations, keeping the business more secure.
KnowBe4's console is more vibrant, organized, and displays news on login. KnowBe4's training modules are more engaging and have a store front with easy filtering/search to find the right training for your business. Phishing simulations have many more options and templates to create realistic and globally targeted items. The Policies module is a fantastic bonus. Proofpoint did not offer a policies module, which has been a module that many departments in our business have learned to appreciate and we can't see how we ever lived without it.

The business participation rate has increased greatly and continues today. The most difficult part of training is getting people to show interest. I can say that KnowBe4 has certainly provided content to keep user interest.
User management is handled using Azure SCIM and reviewed by technicians managing the service.
Who has completed Cybersecurity Training v.s. who hasn't and how often is a critical report our business utilizes. Phishing simulation results, in conjunction with smart groups, is another metric we utilize to gauge email security.
