Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Training modules from KnowBe4 are uploaded into our company LMS and assigned to users through our internal portal. Training records are tracked and noted for each employee within the LMS portal. The format provided by KnowBe4 is compatible with our LMS solution, so integration is a very easy process for our Teams.
- Phishing related training.
- Smishing related training.
- General best practices.
- Some trainings are too lengthy.
- Many of the the trainings are very corney and over exaggerated.
- It's very difficult to quantify at the level we are currently using.
- Proofpoint Insider Threat Management
They are very similar in nature. ProofPoint seems to be a little more professional in its content but is also pricey.

It is helpful in continuing the education of our team on a regular basis. The fresh content keeps the narrative from sounding like a broken record.
The system is integrated with Azure and our LMS system.
We do not use reporting features included with KnowBe4 at this time.
