Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We utilize their simulated phishing campaigns, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training PhishER suspicious email reporting, and the training platform for module distribution and training management. I have been impressed with the flexibility of training management and the effectiveness of the provided phishing templates. It allows for easy tracking of training completion as well as the necessary auditing that occasionally needs to be done.

- Documentation is clear but it is often difficult to find the correct page.
- I do not see any benefits to PhishRip over most other market solutions and am discouraged by how much focus is being placed on it by KnowBe4.
- Sometimes it is difficult to upload my own training modules, and there is very little documentation on how to troubleshoot those issues.
- The training KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides has directly assisted in preventing security incidents in the workplace.
- The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform makes it easy for employees to keep compliant in their respective fields.

It has made the training the employees must take enjoyable and relevant. During covid, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training created training for how to securely work from home and how to properly secure yourself while working in more public areas. That same attitude has continued after the pandemic with updated training as new techniques are developed.
We utilize the built in integration with Azure/Active Directory for the creation and modification of user profiles. From there KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training makes it easy to apply users to new groups both manually and with the creation of automatic rules. This included the ease of creating different security groups for training owners to manage their own training reports and responsibilities without giving them admin rights.
Our most important metric is our PhishProne percentage. I have created custom reports for finding our training completion rate and security culture that are key to developing our training program and security posture. The recent modification to how the template reports are organized and generated have made it much easier to utilize.
