Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use the security awareness training for our corporate and clinic users to ensure that they maintain a certain minimum level of cybersecurity knowledge. This reduces our overall risk and it allows us to spend less time addressing potential security risks. We utilize training courses and the phish alert button in Outlook.
Pros
- Training courses
- Reporting on results
- Automatically provisioning users that fail courses to repeat until succeeding
Cons
- There are a lot of options in the course store, but I think the topics sometimes are a little too broad and we have to dig for the course we want to use
- Leveraging AI to allow us to submit custom situations and build a course around that would be cool!
- We've seen a reduction of successful phishing attacks
- We've seen an improvement in user reported phishing
They're all pretty similar in my opinion, but KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the most user-friendly from what I've seen. The reporting is also a little bit better from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
