Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use the product to raise awareness and increase the security maturity of employees within the company.We are still at the beginning, so we use a lot regarding the level of security in Social Engineering, Data Privacy, giving the best context to our collaborator

Pros

  • Report with indicator
  • Charging users who did not access or log in is the best part
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • The Manager's panel could be improved, in the sense of making it available, not only for the Manager, but for the Coordinator as well, in addition to opening the groups on the screen
  • The fields that are available for control could be improved by adding the AD Full name field, for example
  • There could be a paused campaign button, even when you have already started and some collaborators have already accomplished something
  • I haven't been able to measure maturity yet, as we started less than 4 months ago

Metrics with the ability to visualize user progress
I haven't looked at all the training yet, but I saw that there is a lot of very old training, and old subjects, that could be improved and/or updated for today's reality.
