Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KnowBe4 for Phishing campaigns, Security Awareness training campaigns, PhishER, etc. Helps us provide training to our corporate and store level users in a quick and concise format. PhishER helps our users get trained in identifying what is a legit email versus a malicious email. A monthly training campaign is what we typically follow and we continue to improve our security posture by helping our associates be better cyber defenders.

Great training modules
Great phishing campaigns, ease of use setup.
PhishER is a great tool for reporting malicious emails

Reporting is a difficult to grasp at first but easier to understand
