More variety in training content, meaning users do not get recycled videos over and over again. Keeps it refreshing.
We are SSO/AD implemented, so we find we do not often have to manually manage users, which is great.
Training and phishing metrics are reported on weekly, using the reports from the site.
Excellent for security training, content options and ease of use as an admin to create these and issue out company wide. Same for Phishing. Our phishing campaigns have become much stronger since KB4 expanded your template options.
