Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training makes training our employees on HR and IT subjects super easy. The layout and tracking helps us to keep on top of where our employees are on their annual company training, and help us to follow up if more training is needed. The Phish Alert Button, and Phish ER, are also amazing tools that help us keep on top of cybersecurity. Our employees actively use the PAB and not just on their training emails. We are able to keep a better eye on potential threats, and keep our employees diligent when dealing with these threats.

We use our SSO integration for users to log in. We have also set up roles in the system so that managers can be alerted with issues when they arise.
Phishing test results, as well a shaving e ability to track how many times a user has fallen victim to these tests.
BlackBerry Protect (CylancePROTECT)
Training new employees in HR and IT subjects. There is also the Phish Alert Button and Phish ER that help us to keep ahead of cybersecurity threats. We also utilize the cybersecurity trainings for more than just email safety. We have looked at trainings around QR codes and USB drives to help keep our end users as safe a vigilant as possible.
