Best product for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training in our organization to provide company-wide security awareness training to all of our employees. We generally provide training on social engineering topics and compliance training. For Non-IT employees, we provide trainings where less technical terms are used and for IT people, we use highly technical trainings like Kevin Mitnick trainings. Before using the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we were facing a lot of issues on spam and phishing emails. Our employees were not able to identify difference between a real and phishing email and we were facing account compromise issues as well but after implementing this training, we are seeing a lot of difference and seeing a positive growth at the organization level. Since employees are not getting into phishing and vishing attacks, we have seen confidence in users and also protecting them from account compromise. From Knowbe4, we have purchased Security Awareness Training, PhishER and Security Coach and we are using all of them to protect our data and to educate our employees.

The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a good amount of videos on fresh and trending topics but they still lack in this area. They have videos on topics that have passed a month or two months ago but they have very less videos on recent attacks like the attack that happened in the last two to three weeks.
They have videos of Kevin Mitnick that is very knowledgeable and helpful and also they have newsletters from different publishers. But in this area, they should review update their content on weekly basis and try to add the topics of the last week or week before that.

In KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training portal, we can manage our users in two way. Either we can connect them through a cloud application called SAAS application or we can add them manually. In manually, we will get multiple options like we can add users one by one or we can import them through an excel sheet.
In my case, I use Azure application to sync our users in real time with the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training application. KnowBe4 has an application that we can use in azure to connect and sync our user to the application directly. This will sync all the users and groups to the KnowBe4 portal and then we can use them as per our requirements. Any changes in the organization like any user has left the organization or any new user has joined, the application will sync with the directory and make same update in the KnowBe4 portal within an hour. So, you do not need to be worry about the user management in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, it is simple and easy.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides reports on multiple aspects like training completion status, phishing campaign user's phish prone percentage status, personal report of users like which user have completed how many number of trainings and on how much test campaign he/she failed. Apart from that, we have focused on Training Activity Report, Group and user report cards, Phishing Activity report, Risk score report, Training status report by campaign, Failure type report, and training status overview report, etc.
