Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 security awareness training for new hires, monthly simulated phishing and annual training.
Pros
- Easy creation of phishing and training campaigns
- Detailed reporting and tracking of campaigns
- Multitude of security awareness tools for users
- Multiple resources available (digital signage, posters, courses, etc)
Cons
- Honestly, the team does a fantastic job of constantly improving. I've used [KnowBe4] since it first came out and they haven't stopped pushing the product forward, despite their success.
- It's helped drive user awareness across the company.
- Lowered phish prone percentage of our user base.
- Digital Defense and by HelpSystems (Frontline.Cloud Platform)
KnowBe4 is head and shoulders better.

We handle user management by synchronizing with our Active Directory environment.
Executive-level reporting and diagrams are most important, so I can easily share detailed information at a high level with our executive leadership team.
