Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to conduct regular phishing simulations and automatically assign training to individuals who fail the simulations.

Pros

  • Integrates with our employee database so no employees are missed
  • Automates the assignment of the prescribed training with the appropriate individuals with no manual intervention
  • Track completion of required training modules and provides reporting

Cons

  • I honestly don't have any feedback in this category right now. It does everything we want it to do right now!

It has greatly reduced the amount of time and effort that my team has to spend finding relevant content and presenting it in an engaging manner.
It is tied to our Active Directory - users are automatically added to the relevant KnowBe4 modules when they are provisioned in AD.
Completion, Pass/Fail
It is easy for my team to set up and easy for our employees to access and use.

I love how it is integrated with our employee database and we can preconfigure the distribution and follow-up activities so that no manual intervention is required throughout the training campaign.
