KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides us the means to test employs on if they will fall for a phishing email by sending them fake phishing emails, then allowing us to chart those metrics and display them for leadership review. We are able to use this for both employees and students at our college. The testing is useful to train the employees in how to recognize phishing emails and is useful to the students to show what phishing emails may look like when they graduate and enter the workforce, enhancing their education.
