Great Platform and Easy to Use

We use it to conduct phishing campaign and provide training. It is very helpful and minimizes the amount of work we have to put in to run this programs. This allows us to focus on other measures. Additionally the material is fun and engaging for our users, so we get less push back to complete training.

Users were more willing to complete the training as they found the content not only useful for work but also for their personal lives. It also provided current situations which sounded familiar and possible to the users, providing credibility and highlighting the importance of cybersecurity. Users were impressed on how important it is to keep safe and be aware of your surroundings.

We sync with our database of users. The training platforms allow us to maintain active users and remove user who are not actively login in. The reports we use based on completed training allow us to deactivate users who are not using their account and to provide positive encouragement to those who are.

Overlapping this allows us to see who needs more training. It would be useful to have a report that already does this for us, to easily show that higher training decreases the Phish prone percentage.
