My entire organization uses Kofax Power PDF Advanced. Our law firm uses it to apply Bates Numbering; to add Digital or Handwritten Signatures to PDFs or upload PDFs for electronic signature to a third party vendor, such as DocuSign; applying OCR and converting PDFs to Word, Excel or PowerPoint format; and scrubbing metadata from files.

- Converting PDFs to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Uploading to electronic signature platforms.
- Creating a table of contents for a combined PDF from separate PDF files.
