Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
It is being implemented for Time & Attendance, HR, and PR by our whole organization. It will help streamline processes and assist us in becoming paperless.
- Houses electronic documents in each employee's record (eliminating paper).
- Provides a self-service portal for employees to view pay statements, personal info, and benefit information.
- Integrates with health insurance companies for a paperless open enrollment process.
- Although the menu shows breadcrumbs of the path accessed, it does not allow a user to backtrack to one of those paths. The user must start from the very beginning of the menu in order to access a part of the menu shown in the breadcrumbs.
