Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use Kronos Workforce Ready to maintain our HR records, process our leave of absences, pay our employees and maintain our timekeeping. It used by all employees of our organization. It helps our managers view their employees time and accrual balances.
- It shows you the calculation and type of hours each day. This helps to ensure employees are being paid properly.
- It is easy for individual users to navigate through the screens to find their information.
- It allows a large amount of customization. For us, it helps us complete our perfect attendance bonuses with very little effort.
- The manual check process is long and cumbersome. We need to use Middleware to print checks and it is very cumbersome and limited to only the computers that have the software installed on it.
- You have to manually update any accrual balances that are paid out on manual checks. The system does not do it automatically.
- There is no easy solution to calculate the accrual liability and update the GL.
- There has been no significant impact positively or negatively. While there were advancements made in some areas, we went backwards and now have manual processes that were automated previously. The net effect is virtually zero.
We chose Workforce Ready because it could be implemented in the timeframe we needed it done by. There was no significant achievements the product provided us over another product. It was simply the timing issue.
- Price
It was in line with the other prices and it could be implemented in the timeframe we required. Other solutions quoted us a longer implementation window and Kronos was able to implement in a shorter timeframe. However, our timeframe did get pushed out three months and we did not follow our original implementation schedule.
