Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos is used as our database for human resources, payroll and ACA recordkeeping across our entire organization; timekeeping and accrual functions are used only for our non-attorney staff. We have 10 offices in 6 states and the system allows us manage all the different nuances associated with each of those seamlessly. Having electronic records - in cloud based storage - has been a lifesaver, not only in terms of physical space, but when the need arises to produce historically records.
- Reporting - standard reports are easy to use; custom reports are easy to build and download to excel for additional manipulation.
- Kronos routinely updates the system with new features/functionality and keeps the system up-to-date with tax updates and other regulatory changes.
- Customer Support - top notch!
- While the system allows some customization, there are areas I wish more could be added to at least allow sections/fields not used to be hidden to allow the screen to be less cluttered.
- Training - for organizations that don't fully implement initially, it would be nice to have access to an actual training class
- Reduced payroll errors by the use of an electronic timekeeping system
- Better able to monitor overtime
We moved to Kronos in 2014 after evaluating the following other products:
- Ceridian Dayforce
- Paychex
- Ultipro
Kronos was selected not only based on the price point but on the overall product capabilities and the needs of our organization.
