Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

Support has been very satisfactory.
We are using Workforce Ready exclusively as a time and attendance system.
  • Great reporting.
  • Easy to use and well-integrated with time clocks.
  • More robust than systems offered by ADP.
  • Time off request form is confusing for many employees.
  • Design needs to be streamlined and simplified.
  • Workforce Ready replaced a time and attendance system developed in house, which was unreliable, complex, and did not provide an audit trail. It has resolved these issues well.
ADP's time and attendance systems were light years behind Workforce Ready. Kronos sales and support staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and acted with a sense of urgency.
